MAKE-UP ARTIST

 

DIMaleeva is a recent graduate of Hofstra University with a B.A. in Film Studies and Production with a Minor in Drama. In that time she was a Stage Manager for Opera and Theatre, Musical Theatre Actress, Theatrical Lighting Designer, and DJ. She also worked in the areas of Location Managing with Debbie Regan Locations, Outreach Coordinating with Paul Devlin Films, Producing, and Directing.RECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

She arrived on the Makeup scene in 2006 as a Special FX Artist for the short film "Black and Blue". She found she had a natural talent for makeup application and began to expand her horizons. Since graduating she has broadened her experience to Music Videos, Film, Headshots, Commercials, and Print.

She met Brian and the Keylight Team on the set of Millionaire and has adored working with them ever since.

Owner of "Running Man Shot Productions", Jason is a Director of Photography and certified SteadiCam Operator.

Jason began film school in Jan 1995 on a part time basis. In the fall of 95 he worked on my first feature then called Spawn directed by Lance Weiler (The Last Broadcast).
That began his journey into the world of film and worked on many sets mostly on a part time basis as a PA and grip.


In December 2006 Jason saw a documentary on the Steadicam with Garrett Brown, the inventor of the Steadicam.  As he told the story of how it was invented and eventually became an important part of almost every major motion picture since Rocky, The Shining and Marathon Man.

In the spring 2007. Jason signed up and took the course for the Steadicam Operator’s Association (SOA) where he became certified.

Since then Jason has been working steadily in indie film projects as a Steadicam, A and B-camera as well as jib operator.
